The execs at Universal Studios have just partnered with 20th Century Fox's licensing and merchandising department to create a special Rocky Horror Picture Show: A Tribute event at their theme parks.

The mini-musical will actually be part of Universal Studios' annual Halloween Horror Nights in Hollywood this year, beginning October 6th and running for 16 nights.

According to Fox's licensing VP of worldwide promotion, the cult classic Rocky is "more than a film; it's become a cultural touchstone in American entertainment, and this new attraction is yet another testament to its strength."

It's also pervy and demented and we love it!

Not exactly "family" entertainment, though.

As for the park, it's been re-designed this year and will feature four new mazes, a new "Terror Tram" backlot studio experience, and a new "Scare Zones."
